A uniquely Fit4Life event – detailed 120 minutes focused session that changes every week to deal with different areas of the body . All sessions bring an awareness of how your body is connected – muscle,  tendon, ligament, bone – and how these talk to the organs and hormonal systems. Understand why and how an imbalance occurs and how when left unresolved, tightness, stiffness, injury and pain follows. Using the best of corrective stretch, mobilizations and strength techniques along with Yamuna Body Rolling & Foot Fitness, this class targets fascia tightness, musculo-skeletal imbalances and pain syndromes.
